movehalfaninch @ 05:52 pm: eeee!!!!!!
One of my favorite bands called the 88 will be playing before the White Sox vs Blue Jays game this Wednesday September 10 at U.S. Cellular Field in Chi at 6:30pmish. I am so jealous that I can't be there myself but I would hate for anyone else to miss them. They're so so so good. I found out about them cos they were that band that played in the opening credits of "You, Me, and Dupree."

I'm wondering if i'll be able to watch them online when they appear earlier at 8am on WGN Morning News. Just in case, could someone DVR it and post the video on line? pretty please? i'll be your best best best friend.

Check out their video. they're so good:

juicecaster @ 05:28 pm: Juicecaster.com

There's a free new site called juicecaster.com which allows you to create webcasts and stream media such as audio and video from a juicecaster profile. This can either be viewed by a computer or a mobile phone. By doing this, you can take these webcasts and search from key words and locations. Which- if you do this from a phone, allows you direct promotions at clubs or other places. It's a great thing for musicians and artist to be able to build exposure for themselves or promote an upcoming event. And for supporters of all ages to connect with each other.
This site is still in development stages but features technology not predicted to be out until 2007.

My apologies for any rule breaking. This is meant to spread the word about juicecaster in hopes that people will be interesting in joining up and posting cool content- Not as a spam message.
Feel free to comment with any questions.
Thank you.

japerry @ 01:33 pm: Moodance.com Playing 10 hours of Energy 92.7/5
Heya, I dunno if many of you know of the old Energy 92.7/5 in Chicago, but we're working on a new streaming station that will take some of thier format and bring in some new stuff as well....

We start Thursday, Jan 5th at noon PST; we'll be playing down thier last 10 hours and then at 10pm PST, we launch moodance.com... unlike many other US dance stations that only play Cascada - Everytime we touch, we'll be playing WAY more euro and trance, limiting the diva-circuit music and crappy house to a minimum.. no pop and no hip-hop either...

So listen in, and send requests.. moodance1031 on AIM or Skype.
